Member Service Representatives in Basking Ridge New Jersey 07920 – Somerset Hills YMCA

The Somerset Hills YMCA is seeking service oriented individuals to be “the smile” of the Y. The Membership Service Representatives are responsible for serving and building relationships with members, guests and program participants as well as promoting Y programs and events.

Currently we are looking to fill 2 part-time MSR positions: each 3 day early morning shifts from 5-10AM (Monday-Saturday) at our Satellite Facility at Riverwalk in Basking Ridge. Contact/send your resume to: Kate Russo at krusso@somersethillsymca.org

Requirements:

Requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to resolve problems and basic computer skills. Must be able to multi-task. Several years in customer service or related job experience required. A Member Service Representative is required to work 15-19 hours per week.
